Ion (454) Assist

• We utilize this program to analyze Ion torrent next generation sequencing data. Is adapted from our previous utility to analyze 454 data. Unfortunately, this program is was written specifically for me, and I run it without error trapping, so it is not very user friendly. Compatible with Microsoft Windows XP and up.​
